Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at info@ezealco.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number.  After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.  Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return was processed.

Exceptions

Returning products must be in the original received condition within two weeks of the date of purchase

Shipping Policy

For domestic USA buyers, orders will be shipped the same day or the next day, the transit time is in 1-5 business days based on your location.
For international customers, orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL once your payment is received.
